Our collection

The snakes here are both pets and breeders, and are not for sale. I simply want to show off possible parents of snakes you are getting from me, so you can get to know them a bit!

Kenyan Sand Boa

Potato

Male - Regular - 2015

My first KSB, gotten in 2016. He is the one who spawned my love for the species and snake genetics in general. Forever a virgin, but very loved by everyone. Is the sand boa I let people not used to snakes but interested in trying to handle a small one hold as he is very calm and docile. A true sweetheart, too bad I don't have any lady for him, as his girlfriend turned out to be his boyfriend. Woops.

Shinpi

Female - Albino - 2016

Sold to me as male. Had doubts so brought Shinpi (meaning "mystery" in Japanese, according to the friend who named her) to a different petshop to get a second opinion. Also sexed as male then. Still had doubts but stopped thinking about it, convincing myself that they knew more than I did. Shinpi kept growing and became enormous. After brumination I decided to put in Papyrus with her to see their behavior. 2 minutes later Papyrus was courting Shinpi and then 10 minutes later they were locked. Couple months down the line she gave birth to 9 slugs, 1 het snow stillbor and 1 albino het anery little boy I kept and named Miracle.

So now I make the joke that Shinpi is my trans female KSB. She is a very hot-headed lady and I could not give her much decorations/enrichements for a few years as she kept attacking them at random. Took a long tim to figure out which things she would allow in her enclosure without trying to murder it. Thankfully Papyrus is one of the things she allows to touch her without trying to kill (though when I pair them I keep them on my work desk to make sure she doesn't lose her temper at Papy's courtship).

Wifi

Female - Anery - 2016

Sometimes nicknamed "Godzilla", Wifi is my sweet, yet voracious big mama. Can have a bit of a temper but quickly calms down as soon as she is picked up and held outside of her enclosure.

Will most likely be retiring from breeding soon. Maybe one last litter, as I never breed a female 2 years in a row, and only breed one or two pairs of snakes a year maximum.

Papyrus

Male - Anery het albino - 2016

Lil man with a love of the giant women. Lost interest in Wifi after he met Shinpi for the first time. I love him but he doesn't eat for 6 months a year minimum. Not that I don't try to feed him- he just... has a goal (and it is to be with his wife and mistress)

Proven het albino by accident in 2022 after being bred to Shinpi (albino) and giving 2 albino babies (1 stillborn 1 live).
